What is OWL

Hi All,

I am Customer Experience Analytics of well known telecom operator in Sri Lanka. I joined the company from very basic level as call centre agent. Just with only primary education background I couldn't reach the next level of my career. With lot of family commitments I couldn't afford my higher education.

I tried several options to pursue next level. Then I worked with my senior staff and next level peoples to learn new skills. But it's not possible them to teach me all the things what need to learn. With support from next level colleagues I was able to moved to next level. But after reaching next level in my career path I was clueless to survive with my skills and knowledge.

Then I start to search what I need to learn. But all the institutions demanding money to offer the knowledge. But my wallet is not strong enough to handle those. Later I accidentally came across some online courses which comes free. Then I start to follow few courses which may helps be a star in my role.

I initially start to learn with Microsoft Excel then the step by step I was able to expand my knowledge in various schemes. I feel that there are lot of people around the globe with same problems. I have started this blog to spread free courses details among all.

You may find some courses free for limited time frame and others free lo learn. Most of the courses comes with course completion certificate and you can share those on your social media platforms (LinedIn, Facebook, Twitter....)

Sometimes you may required to create free account on relevant learning platforms. I always try to provide free courses through this blog and I dont encourage any one to pay any amount to anyone.
